Ved\u00a0behandlingen af en sag om\u00a0hurtig afg\u00f8relse\u00a0skal\u00a0klageren\u00a0indbetale 50.000 kr. i depot som sikkerhed for alle omkostninger\u00a0i forbindelse med\u00a0sagens behandling. Ud over\u00a0Voldgiftsn\u00e6vnets gebyr og serviceafgift for at\u00a0administrere sagen\u00a0omfatter\u00a0depotet ogs\u00e5\u00a0opmandens\u00a0honorar. Indklagede skal p\u00e5 samme vilk\u00e5r indbetale depot, hvis\u00a0der sker adcitation i sagen. Ved behov for flere opm\u00e6nd er depotet h\u00f8jere, og der opkr\u00e6ves samlet depot p\u00e5 90.000 kr. ved to opm\u00e6nd.\u00a0<\/p>

Som udgangspunktet er honoraret til opmanden 35.000 kr. Honoraret fasts\u00e6ttes ud fra, hvad der efter sagens karakter og omfang samt\u00a0medg\u00e5ede tid sk\u00f8nnes at v\u00e6re et rimeligt arbejdsvederlag. Der foruds\u00e6ttes anvendt 1 arbejdsdag til forberedelse, \u00bd arbejdsdag til en evt. besigtigelse og 1 arbejdsdag til udf\u00e6rdigelse af afg\u00f8relse\/beslutning.\u00a0<\/p>

In cases where the scope of the case or the time needed for the processing of the matter is below usual or anticipated levels<\/strong>, including in connection with settlements, the total fee is reduced, taking into account the actual time spent, the timing of a settlement, if any, and the complexity of the matter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In cases where the scope of the case or the time needed for the processing of the matter exceeds usual or anticipated levels<\/strong>, including in cases resulting in settlements and complex cases with comprehensive case documentation, the fee may be increased.<\/p>\n

The arbitrator has an obligation to continuously ensure that there is sufficient deposit to cover all the costs associated with the case and to inform the Arbitration Board of the need for any additional fees. The Board will then inform the parties accordingly when requesting additional deposit.<\/p>\n

If the deposit is not paid within the deadline set by the Arbitration Board, the case can be expected to be dismissed.<\/p>\n

If it proves necessary during the speedy resolution period, additional deposits may be requested.<\/p>\n

The arbitrator decides who will bear the costs, including the fees. The parties are jointly liable for the costs of the case's handling. Each party will bear their own expenses for any lawyer or advisor.<\/p>\n

The Arbitration Board charges a front-end fee of DKK 4,000 and a fees of DKK 7,000.<\/p>

If the parties withdraw the complaint within thirty days after it was filed with the Arbitration Board and the Board has been notified accordingly, the service charge will be waived.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

If a speedy resolution cannot be achieved, the fees and the service charge will be offset in amounts payable if the dispute is referred to arbitration. In such a scenario fees and a service charge will be payable for the arbitral case instead.<\/p>\n

To ensure quick and correct registration of payments and deposits in the Arbitration Board, the FIK code sent to the parties to the case when the complaint was filed should be used. Some Board letters contain codes for both parties, with the names of the parties clearly stated next to the relevant codes. The correct FIK code should be used. Some IT systems do not support the use of FIK codes, in which case payments can be made to the following account:<\/p>

The Arbitration Board is not registered for VAT, and all fees and charges are therefore exempt from VAT.
