On February 13, 2020, IDA informed the Arbitration Board, which had administered the Danish Society of Engineers' Arbitration Tribunal (DIV) for IDA, that IDA’s executive committee decided on January 28, 2020, to terminate this arrangement. The arrangement had not been used in practice for several years at that time. The Danish Society of Engineers' Arbitration Tribunal (DIV) was established in 1927, with rule changes in 1951 and a guidance document from 1963. Dansk Ingeniørforenings Voldgiftsret (DIV) var etableret i 1927, med regelændringer i 1951 og en vejledning fra 1963.
