The Arbitration Board has meeting rooms at Vesterbrogade 2B, 1620 Copenhagen V, which can be rented for negotiations and meetings in the cases.
Included in the rental fee are water, soda, coffee, tea, and chocolate during the meetings.
We have both small and large meeting rooms. Meeting room 1 is suitable for hearings in cases with three arbitrators and three to four parties, i.e., up to 20 people. Meeting room 2 can accommodate up to 10 people and is used for cases with one arbitrator. Additionally, it is used for mediation or conciliation.
